Neil Smalley is a Canadian Design Director and Illustrator based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. With over a decade of experience in-agency and freelance, Neil’s expertise ranges from art direction, branding, visual identity, campaign, packaging design and illustration. Neil is an ambitious creative who approaches a challenge with confidence and composure but more importantly, compassion.
